Position Summary
The Partner will lead the Direct Tax practice, advise domestic and international clients, manage advisory and dispute mandates, and contribute to the growth of the Firm’s tax practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on tax planning, M&A tax, transaction structuring, transfer pricing, treaties, GAAR, POEM and digital economy taxation.
- Represent clients before Income Tax Authorities, CIT(A), ITAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court.
- Lead business development, client relationships, quality assurance and team mentoring.
Qualifications
- CA and/or LL.B.; dual qualification preferred.
- 15–20 years of post-qualification experience in direct taxation.
