Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Insolvency & Restructuring practice.
- Advise and represent creditors, debtors, resolution professionals and liquidators under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court.
- Oversee CIRP, liquidation, pre-packaged insolvency, debt restructuring and distressed-asset transactions.
- Drive business development and mentor the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
- 15–20 years of post-qualification experience focused on insolvency and restructuring.
