Role Overview
The Partner will lead the Real Estate practice and advise developers, investors, funds, lenders and occupiers on sophisticated real-estate mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, financing, title diligence and regulatory work.
- Advise on RERA, land laws, approvals, joint developments and real-estate disputes.
- Grow client relationships, originate business and mentor the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
- 15+ years of focused real-estate legal experience.
