Responsibilities Assumed:

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Employee Engagement
  • HR Operations
  • Screening and shortlisting of candidates as per Job Description and Job Specification
  • Conducting interviews, salary negotiation & closures
  • Offer Generation
  • Responsible for background verification of prospective joiners
  • Maintaining data related to recruitment
  • Proven record into End-to-End recruitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English is mandatory
  • Frequent job changes are not to be considered
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Integrity and professionalism

Prerequisites:

  • Preferable candidate who has worked with Law firm for meeting hiring needs
  • End to End Recruitment and HR operations
  • Single POC for employee/retainer’s query
