Role Overview
The Partner & Head will lead and grow the Intellectual Property practice and deliver strategic, commercial advice across trademarks, copyright, patents, designs and related disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IP strategy, prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, litigation and transactions.
- Advise domestic and international clients, develop new business and deepen client relationships.
- Build, mentor and supervise a high-performing IP team and contribute to thought leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
- 15+ years of substantial intellectual-property experience and a strong record of client development.
