Rajdutt Shekhar Singh has extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practice wherein he takes care of high value arbitration matters. He is proficient in handling domestic and international arbitration and successfully represents clients in domestic and international arbitration matters. He has undertaken many commercial arbitrations.
He is also part of Pharmaceutical, healthcare, drug laws division of S&A.
The Pharmaceutical Sector is one of the most important and active sectors of practice for S&A. Rajdutt has successfully undertaken many assignments including but not limited to the following:
- Assisting pharmaceutical companies setting up of pharmaceutical business in India (manufacturing, import, marketing or distribution).
- Assisting pharmaceutical companies in takeovers, mergers, acquisitions and business integrations
- Conducting due diligences of Pharma companies and businesses.
- Managing and assisting local manufacturers and multinational companies for their day to day business legal requirements and regulatory compliances.
- Representing local and multinational pharmaceutical companies before regulatory authorities.
Rajdutt also regularly attends domestic and international conferences like International Bar Association Annual conferences, International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual meet, Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) conferences, IBA regional conferences, Pharmaceutical Compliances conferences.
Rajdutt has been a part of a workshop conducted by the NGO, Advocates for International Development (A4ID), where he was a distinguished speaker on the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. He has also conducted an extensive workshop for a department under the Government of Karnataka for sensitising the employees and employers regarding their rights and responsibilities under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Rajdutt voluntarily devotes his valuable time to pro bono consumer cases and advisory services.
