Responsibilities Assumed:
- Representing clients before the Income Tax Authorities, appellate forums and Re-visionary Authorities.
- Representing the client in search proceedings.

- Providing advisory, support and hand holding on setup of new business entities in India or abroad keeping in mind the Direct Tax and other related laws in India.
Prerequisites:
- LLB degree, COP & Bar enrolment (Delhi) legally required to practice tax law.
- Real-world exposure to direct tax practice.
- Specialisation (LLM or diploma) preferred in complex matters.
- Analytical, research & advocacy skills – core to litigation & advisory success.
- Professional credibility and continuous learning mindset to stay updated in a fast-changing field.
- Optional commerce background is helpful but not compulsory.
