Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities Assumed:

  • Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
  • Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
  • Provide advice on how to reduce costs.
  • Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
  • Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
  • Support the Senior Management with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
  • Reporting to Sr. Partners for management & control of overall Financial & Strategy Matters as well as to Management on cost control exercises and corrective measures.
  • Preparing MIS Reports, Cash Flows, Budgets, Annual Operating Plans, Variances, Annual & Monthly Financial Statements.
  • Monthly book closure.
  • Coordinating with Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors for external & internal reporting as well as adhering to the Corporate & Taxation Laws and compliances.
  • Driving finalization of monthly/ quarterly/ yearly balance sheet and leading budget planning process.
  • Audit and tax compliances.

Prerequisites:

  • Candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making and will provide strategic input to senior management.
  • Well versed with accounting tools, audit policies and tax compliances.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
  • Overseeing the overall accounting process, billing, realization, developing and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of firm.
  • Overseeing internal audit-related procedures and tax related compliances will also be governed by the CFO.

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities Assumed:

  • Planning marketing campaigns, promotional activities and preparation of collaterals and promotional activities through online and print media
  • Understanding the firm’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the firm’s performance
  • Reviewing of collaterals, newsletters, organization’s thought leadership material, newsletters, intranet material, timely and informative corporate communications strategy (reports/publications) etc. prepared for external distribution
  • Attending industry events, seminars, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Executing business development plans, create literature and other forms of communication required to launch marketing campaigns
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients for increased business
  • Lead generation and proactively building and managing relationships with clients
  • Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network
  • Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the firm’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Tracking and recording activity on accounts and helping to close deals to meet these targets
  • Presenting business development training and mentoring to business developers and internal team

Prerequisites:

  • Excellent command over written and spoken communication

  • Should be ready for travelling

Arbitration- Hyderabad

Responsibilities Assumed:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis and advising clients on legal strategic advisory and potential outcomes
  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including complaints, pleadings of all sorts, writs, briefs, and appeals
  • Collaborating with the team, clients, and attorneys, including senior counsel(s) and paralegals, to ensure seamless coordination, preparation, and management of litigation cases
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress, advising on risks and potential resolutions, and addressing their concerns. Manage and mentor junior associates and team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development
  • Advising clients on the appropriateness of arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism and formulating effective arbitration strategies
  • Evaluating legal risks and potential outcomes, offering practical solutions to enhance clients’ positions in arbitration proceedings
  • Drafting informative and relevant legal content such as write-ups, articles, posts, transaction alerts etc., on behalf of the organization
  • Having first-hand experience in handling (either solo or as a part of Team) arbitration from the stage of data assimilation, data discovery, research, calculation of claims, issuance of demand notice, notice invoking arbitration, drafting of statement of claim, statement of defence, counter claim, other related pleadings, applications (before Tribunal as well as Court), evidence, argument Notes, etc
  • Experience in various models, theories and legal principles regarding quantification of claims
  • Drafting of petitions, challenging arbitral award and other related pleadings and applications

Prerequisites:

  • Should have experience in handling Arbitration related matters
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, error-free, legally robust content
  • Hands-on experience in handling Corporate and Commercial Disputes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Should have participated/helped or handled cross examination including briefing to seniors
  • Undertaken research work including case-laws research, technical research etc
